Official protest over billeting of hundreds of black soldiers at Marine Hospital. In Saturday night riot in colored section, one shot, 3 stabbed, one beaten. City manager doesn’t like it at all, as city is already having “enough trouble with colored troops from  Camp Davis.” But because the hospital is owned by U.S., officials are not required to tell what’s going on there.
